About CBS Maintenance

Our Story

Founded in 1986, CBS Maintenance began with a mission to provide reliable, high-quality Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services across London. Our early successes came through key contracts with the Property Services Agency (PSA), Inner London Education Authorities, and various London Borough Councils. These opportunities helped lay the foundation for the long-term partnerships that define us today.

One of our earliest and most notable engagements was with British Gas, where we supported South East regional offices, showrooms, and provided an on-site maintenance engineer at their Croydon headquarters.

Since then, we’ve expanded steadily—partnering with London boroughs such as Southwark, Islington, Camden, and Westminster, as well as delivering tailored M&E solutions to schools, housing associations, and public sector clients across the city.

Today, we maintain hundreds of sites throughout London, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance for the communities we serve.
